NYS Family Court of Suffolf County's clerks of the courts were not only adamant to help me, they were unknowledgable as to the resource contacts & their phone numbers! For 3 entire days, I was directed...misdirected...redirectted...and yet, misdirected again! Noone wants to take responsibility to assist the citizens who they SHOULD BE assisting. The employees are paid superbly to do their jobs, have excellent benefits yet DO NOT actually perform their duty of assisting the citizens! Each state AND county should require on-going training to their employees.

Don't call this number. it will ring for 10 minutes then go to a busy signal... you can try for weeks if you want... It doesn't matter. No one will answer your call... EVER
